We don’t normally charge a broker fee. You can pay for our services by fee only.  In these circumstances, a typical fee is 2% of the loan payable on application .  We would then pay to you the fee we receive from the lender.  Alternatively, you can choose to pay no fee and we will retain the fee received from the lender.

To fulfill our regulatory obligations, we will retain copies of your records for no longer than is necessary or for the duration of any contract you may enter into. You have the right to inspect these records at any time.
